1️⃣ Prioritize Your Strengths
Focus on what only YOU can do. Love choreographing? Do that. Hate scheduling? Hand it off. Write a list of tasks you must do and what can be delegated.

Empower your staff or trusted volunteers. Need help with admin? Find a detail-oriented team member. Want fresh marketing ideas? Assign it to your social-savvy assistant. People love stepping up when given clear guidance.
